Sr. Quantity Surveyor

Position : Sr. Quantity Surveyor (ELV Systems)

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala - Indian Operating Centre

Reports: Head of Presales Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ELV Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, with expertise in

Structured Cabling, ICT, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barrier Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Audio Visual (AV) Systems and other ELV solutions. Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS),

Parking Management Systems (PMS), or Lighting Control Systems (LCS) is advantageous. The role

requires a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage ELV projects from conception to completion,

ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• System Design & Implementation: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of

Structured Cabling, CCTV, ICT, Gate Barrier Systems, ACS, Intercom, SMATV and AV Systems.

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ELV systems, ensuring

optimal functionality and performance.

• Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide

expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards,

regulations, and safety protocols.

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design

plans, progress reports, and operation manuals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in the UAE in the ELV industry, with proven

experience in CCTV, Gate Barrier Systems, ACS, SMATV, Intercom and AV Systems.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ELV systems, with advantageous knowledge

in BMS, Parking Management Systems, or Lighting Control Systems.

• Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and

manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work

effectively with clients, contractors, vendors and team members.

• Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
