Job Description
1 An engineering Diploma or graduate, with a min of 10 years of experience in a IATF 16949 certified company with expertise on Quality functions in Automotive 2 Good competency in the area of world class Quality process & systems, ensuring to produce high quality products at highly competitive 3 Management review reports collection, consolidation & reporting 4 Should be responsible for overall QA& QC functions to meet the Internal and External Quality Objectives 5 Should be strong in leadership, communication and presentation. 6 Lead customer complaints corrective action in machining and ensure 100 % customer satisfaction . 7 should have pro-active approach and good review mechanism to ensure efficient performance from his team 8 NC Closure on time to customer by co ordiante internal team during Customer Audits / Complaints etc 9 Prepare and submit PPAP documentation for customer Approval for changes in Approved parts and for New products. 10 Effective team management to motivate team members in giving their best, in achieving goals, through mentoring & people development. 11 Responsible for effective performance on In coming Quality and Final Inspection . 12 Compiling, review and submission of PPAP Document to customer. 13 Recording and Reporting on the process and system related NC 14 NC closure in coordination with plant and team 15 Lead all Internal Audits and Line audits and ensure Implementation of corective action is Machining area. 16 Review of Performance of Plant with defiened frequency 17 Daily COPQ update and reporting. 18 Work on achieving overall Plant Quality Objectives , goal and Target , including Sales target. 19 Need knowledge on SAP , Customer portals , Minitab etc. 20 Oral/written communication - English, Hindi ,Kannada
