Job Description

Location Andheri east,

Mumbai Experience 3 to 6 years

CTC -
  • 5 to 5.5 lacs pa

    Working days - 6 Days

    Day shift 9 hrs .

    Only who have worked into Bpo/ Kpo industry

    Core Areas: Managing Customer Service Quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement

    Qualification: - Graduate/Postgraduate with at least demonstrated ability in leading large teams of approx. 8-10+ Quality Analyst.

    Designation & Role: Quality Manager Team Coach - Quality is a professional who is incharge of guiding, monitoring the customer associates team.

    He/she will play a crucial role in motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together and achieve common goals. They will have to serve as Mentor and give appropriate feedbacks b by setting quality standards, assessing team's performance, and implementing improvements to customer service processes.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

    Set clear team goals

    Delegate tasks and set deadlines

    Oversee day-to-day operation

    Monitor team performance and report on metrics

    Motivate team members

    Discover training needs and provide coaching

    Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

    Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

    Encourage creativity and risk-taking

    Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Team Coach Quality or similar role

  • Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics, quality standards and practices

  • Must posses Organizational and time management skills

  • Must be willing to dedicate time to the growth and streamlining of the Quality process for the company.

  • Ability to manage, supervise and motivate team members by providing effective guidance.

  • Familiar with business and industry practices and should be obsessed with Quality management in customer experience

  • Degree in Business, Quality Management or related field is preferred

  • Ready to work from office

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: 400,000.00 - 550,000.00 per year
