Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead our quality assurance and control activities for large-scale EPC projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes and procedures.

2. Conduct audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance.

3. Lead and manage QA/QC teams on project sites.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).

5. Identify and mitigate risks, defects, and non-conformities.

6. Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

7. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and industry-specific standards.

8. Develop and maintain quality metrics, reports, and dashboards.

9. Interface with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.

10. Mentor junior QA/QC engineers and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil).

2. 10-20 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in EPC or construction.

3. Certification in Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).

4. Excellent knowledge of international standards, codes, and regulations.

5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in MS Office, QA/QC software, and database management.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and travel (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent.

2. Experience with industry-specific standards (API, ASME, AWS).

3. Familiarity with quality management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

4. Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.
