You would be a member of the Integration Engineering team, QA validating our hosted HR and Applicant Tracking integrations. These complex integration to the major Enterprise ERP / HR system players in the market like Oracle, Workday, SAP, ADP, etc. require a level of detail and precision to ensure our rapid evolution and deployments are stable. We have a fun hybrid that has both US and India based TPMs to ensure the engineering teams have the support required to do their jobs. Responsibilities
Accurately interpret testing requirements from specifications, and models to develop front-end and/or backend code for the appropriate solution
Debug and resolve moderate to complex problems
Collaborate with agile team members in reviewing existing system functionality
Generate Test Plans, case scenarios base on business requirements, prepare test tata and bug reporting.
Manage testing life cycle to ensure testing prioritization, QA execution, resolution for defects and sign off.
Execute QA engineering to ensure high quality deliverables, quality standards, automation upkeep and sprint deadlines.
Provide and communication resource estimates, timelines and scope of work for QA projects.
Manage process via daily stand-up, planning and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented mindset.
Fundamental understanding of common data structures (both structured and semi-structured) and data transformations.
Hands-on experience supporting integration with various services using Programming skills using JAVA, JSEE, JavaScript, JMS, SOAP / REST Web Services, XSLT, XML, JSON Proficient in J2EE, Java or any other technology.
Solid experience building end to end repeatable QA processes with effective monitoring and automation.
Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Strong interpersonal skills as this position will interface with many levels both inside and outside of our organization.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have to adapt the changes to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in validating business requirements and translating them into actionable test plans.
Must be available to provide pre-scheduled and ad hoc evening functional support with US based business teams, if needed.
iPAAS Integration platform used is UIPath / Cloud Elements.
Preferred
Experience in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) SDLC methodologies
Integrations with HCM, ERP systems
Ability to independently organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple and changing priorities
Ability to work as a member of a team or independently as requested
JAVA based test automation platform a plus i.e. Selenium
