Job Title: Sr QA Engineer

JDWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. QA Engineer with expertise in Java development and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and testing cloud-based services, with a focus on Genesys and Google CCI applications, ensuring their performance, reliability, and scalability. The role involves monitoring, validating logs, testing APIs, and working on service validations across cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java based services deployed on GCP Cloud Run framework.
- Support and troubleshoot production issues related to Genesys and Google CCI services, providing timely resolutions.
- Validate API requests and responses (RQ/RS) using tools such as Postman to ensure seamless communication between services.
- Conduct thorough validation of JSON payloads to ensure proper data transmission and integration between services.
- Monitor cloud-based services, perform log analysis, and identify potential issues affecting service reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure services meet functional and performance standards.
- Implement service validation techniques, including functional testing, performance testing, and regression testing.
- Leverage cloud monitoring tools to maintain optimal service performance and conduct root cause analysis for service issues.
- Provide continuous support and improvements to deployed services, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Document troubleshooting steps, technical solutions, and maintain support-related documentation.
