Biitcode is urgently hiring a Sr.Python developer for our client in Pune. Our client is into Product development for reporting and analytics purpose for manufacturing companies. Please find the details below:

• Position: Backend Engineer

Location: Baner,Pune

• Number of Positions:

2

• Requisites:

6-8 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

• Educational background from premium institutes with a strong grasp of basics, data structures, and algorithms.

Proficiency in development on Linux/Unix/Windows platforms, with a preference for Linux.

• Strong command of Python, with experience in writing scalable and efficient code.

Experience in API development using any web framework in Python.

• Understanding of threading limitations, thread synchronization (locking), and multi-threaded architecture in Python.

Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when working on complex items.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Knowledge of NoSQL databases is an added advantage.

• Experience with Docker is desired.

• Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to backend development projects, ensuring high code quality and performance.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing codebases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team leadership.

Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices to improve the development process.
