Manage the entire proposal development process for iQuasar clients in the US or other locations within customer-agreed-upon timeframes.
Perform opportunity searches on free and paid portals like SAM.GOV, Govtribe, and others.
Perform forecasting and market research based on client capabilities using tools like Acquisition.gov, Sam.gov, FPDS, Govtribe etc Review Solicitations. Assess, document, and effectively communicate solicitation requirements.
Create a project summary (Understanding Document) to present to the client for GO/NO-GO decisions.
Develop compliant response outlines that incorporate Section L and M specifications (or other Solicitation instructions to offerors) and the overall proposal strategy, checklists, and milestones.
Write proposal sections such as cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, and resumes/staffing.
Write technical responses according to requirements as mentioned in RFP, RFQ, RFI, SOW, PWS, WO, TO, etc, with the order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
Develop graphics, flow diagrams, charts, etc, as part of the response.
Re-write / edit proposal content for messaging, win themes, compliance, and accuracy with high attention to detail.
Participate in Subcontractor teaming meetings.
Perform a thorough compliance review and quality check of drafts and final proposal version.
Compile, organize, and maintain boilerplate content, such as technical approaches and management plans.
Manage the document repository of submitted proposals, content, and other relevant materials for future use.
Assist the client with submission by creating final submission packages and sharing the submission instructions.
Serve as a learning buddy to the Trainee(s) mentor and supervise up to two team members on client engagements, including their own client.
Treat all customers professionally by adhering to iQuasar values and by interacting in a respectful, courteous, and highly professional manner
Ensure all iQuasar Policies and Processes and SOPs are adhered to.
Participate in strategic planning, evaluating market intelligence, identifying client concerns and issues, and developing win strategies.
Share insights and knowledge gained through work with the clients or through external sources of information by engaging actively in the Connect The Dots innovation process.
Work in unison with the other departments to grow iQuasar and its ability to create more jobs.

Relevant experience of 6 months or more
