What This Job Involves
To provide an efficient and effective Property Management service, ensuring professional
and proactive management approach to Commercial Property.
Your role will encompass and not be limited to:
Experience:
Desired experience in planning maintenance and operation of Electrical
services , HVAC for multilevel buildings, IT Parks or Technical buildings. Adequate
knowledge of Soft Services, EHS, Compliance and Sustainability.
Roles And Responsibilities
Build strategy and implement for the commercial property to make the building as best in operations, maintenance and sustainability.
Leads the day to day operations of the Property for smooth functioning of building with help of engineering and soft services team
Coordinate and build good operational relationship with customers and other stake holders to mange the operations
Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested
Budget both CAPEX and OPEX and manage the financials for the operations
Maintain building compliance as per the local laws and ensure overall governance in the process.
Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems.
Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents
Tracks the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period- HVAC contracts, maintenance calls, etc.
and assigns work orders and emergency projects
Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors
Assists in maintenance of engineering issues (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, STO and
plumbing)
Responds quickly to emergency situations
Works with all other support function to coordinate all building fire/life safety
drills/seminars and for smooth operations.
Manges compliance with Statutory requirements like licenses, permits etc..
Liasaning with external agencies like Pollution control board, Electricity board and other
agencies as required.
Lead strong team and bring synergy with in the team to deliver the results.
Coordinate for all statutory and internal audits.

What This Job Involves
From Engineer background with 10 years of minimum experience
Excellent in communication & Articulation skills - both written and spoken
Must be Mobile
Must have played the role of Manager leading 3-4 million sq.ft commercial
building technical operations in the past for minimum 3 years.
From Property and Assets Management industry
Self-driven and team player with an ability to lead team from front
Well versed with automation and technology implementation

You will be working from Client Location at Hyderabad.
Reporting:
You will be reporting to Campus Director.

Qualifications
You will have a Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR equivalent, with min 15 to 20 years of work experience in Facility Industry on Commercial/IT/Retail Properties
