The
Scrum Master (AI CoE) will be responsible to facilitate ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives, so that the team stay focused, progresses without hurdles, and continuously improves. He will help the product owner, providing tools, techniques, and expertise to keep the team on track, and making the team always focus on the top priority backlog item.

What you will do:
- Enable the Scrum to improve its practices within Scrum Framework.
- Be Accountable for Scrum Team Effectiveness.
- Coach the team members in self-management, self-organization, and cross functionality.
- Help the Scrum Team to always focus on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.
- Ensure removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
- Ensure that all scrum event takes place and are positive, productive, and managed within timebox.
- Facilitate in implementing tools & techniques for effective Product Goal Definition and Product Backlog management.
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
- Establish and extend best practices enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices
- Lead, Train, and coach the organization in its Scrum/Less Framework adoption.
- Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how the team is doing. Organize and coordinate release efforts.
- Work and coordinate with the product owners to align team with product vision, sprint goals, and product backlog.
- Plan and advise Scrum implementation within organization.
- Remove barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams collaboration, and from various other aspects.
- Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organization.
- Coach, Teach, Guide People in various roles in project and product driven organizations
What you need:
- Overall experience of 9 to 12 years in Software Industry with minimum 3 years as Scrum Master.
- Excellent Presentation Skills to be able to deliver various Scrum Trainings.
- In Depth Knowledge about Agile and Scrum Practices.
- Experience in leading multiple Agile teams.
- Experience of working in Multiple Geographies, multiple culture, and offshore environments.
- Experience of working with Agile Tools and techniques like JIRA, Confluence, Retrospective Boards.
- Excellent Verbal, Written & Presentation Skills.
- Experience of working with Technology Leaders and Business Stakeholders.
- Strong skills in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Must have at least one of Scrum Certification - CSM or PSM1.
- Good to have other Agile certifications like SAFe, LeSS, KANBAN etc.
Minimum Education / Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management
- PMP or equivalent / MBA and/or MS preferred
