The primary responsibilities of this role are global project management and process support of the Source-to-Settle Strategy & Operations functions at Oracle. This role will focus on designing and conducting training programs that will enhance employee competencies, educate employees on best practices, and assess future training needs. This role will also act as the Information Security Manager (ISM) for the S2S organization assisting in promoting information security awareness, good security practices, and act as a point of contact for colleagues in S2S to go to for information security advice. In addition, this role will oversee S2S resiliency plans ensuring plans are accurate and up to date, lead annual tabletop exercise, and act as the representative for S2S by participating and completing deliverables for the Oracle Risk Management Resiliency Program. This highly skilled and self-directed candidate will apply international business experience while leading and managing projects and trainings in compliance with statutory regulations, as well as Oracle policies. Solutions are developed in partnership with internal and external resources working across multiple platforms and strategies.
The Project Manager has end-to-end ownership from concept through delivery. The candidate will take projects from the planning and discovery phases, through post go-live stabilization and process improvement. The Project Manager should provide strong cross-functional leadership across cultures and around the globe. They will collaborate across functions with Finance, Tax, IT, GPOs, and others as needed. This person should communicate effectively across all business levels including individual contributors through executive management.

- Implement the organization's training solutions for global Source-to-Settle teams viz product, process, soft skills & behavioral trainings
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Develop structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results in line with product, policy, and other stakeholders within the organization
- Conduct training through classroom and online mode based on requirements by business
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Perform training needs analysis to identity triggers in the team's performance and also find gaps in the process
- Work closely and coordinate with all the departments to drive improvement and innovation in the process
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
- Provide strong cross-functional team leadership and project oversight to global teams
- Delegate to project team with clearly defined responsibility and authority
- Effectively prioritize workload while overseeing multiple critical projects simultaneously
- Motivate project team to align actions with the larger organizational goals
- Identify, communicate and document process and technical requirements
- Deliver project stakeholder updates at scheduled intervals
- Anticipate problems and obstacles before they arise and plan accordingly
- Escalate all risks in a timely and effective manner
- Contribute to non-standard solution ideas and decisions as needed
- Create all project documentation, flows, presentations, training guides and reporting
- Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators actual versus business objectives
- Secure commitment for change initiatives to ensure project success through complete adoption
- Provide on-going productivity efficiencies and process improvements through project stabilization
- Oversight of security protocols used across the S2S organization, including managing operational emergency resiliency plans, protocol when working from home, and assisting lead ISM for S2S organization
