Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Project Manager to join our dynamic team working on SAAS software development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end product life cycle, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Development Leads, Quality Assurance, and Release Management teams.

Responsibilities:

Hold a total of 10 to 14 years of experience.

Actively participate in Product Life-Cycle Management (PLCM) processes, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Development Leads, Quality Assurance, and Release Management teams.

Serve as an Agile Scrum Master with a minimum of 5 relevant years of experience in guiding product development teams through Agile methodologies.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Industry Standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management processes.

Assume the role of Project Manager for all assigned product development projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards through effective planning and coordination with Engineering Leads and Product Managers.

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports for top management review, highlighting project progress, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or issues.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks to minimize timeline overruns and ensure successful project delivery.

Possess expert-level proficiency in Jira as a user and administrator, leveraging the platform to facilitate project planning, tracking, and collaboration.

Mandatory certification as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), with preference given to candidates holding additional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilist.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience (minimum 4 Yrs) as a Project Manager in software development environments, particularly in SAAS Product development ecosystem.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive projects to successful completion.
