Technical knowledge of electrical control panels (PCC, MCC, PLC)- Prepare detailed project plan within 2 days of receiving PO
Allocate plan to respective teams (purchase, production, monitoring)
- Periodic monitoring and reporting
Open and continuous communication with clients and internal team members- Track stores and inventory with purchase team
Ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives
Conduit for seamless information flow between team and management- Ensure safe, secure, and legal work environment
Develop personal growth opportunities
- Track and report efforts/results to senior management
Plan and set goals for future periods- Provide feedback, training, and guidance to team members
