Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and schedules. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Facilitate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements. Track resource utilisation and ensure optimal use of team members skills and time.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain high-quality output.

Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and tracking project expenditures. Ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
