Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules.- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure all production activities comply with company standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
Identify and address any quality issues in the production line.- Work with the quality control team to implement corrective actions and improvements.
Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.- Provide technical support to the production team to resolve any manufacturing issues.
Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including daily reports, maintenance logs, and quality control documents.- Prepare and present reports on production performance and improvements.
Work closely with other departments, such as design, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure alignment on production goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office applications.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
