Roles and Responsibilities

Special Purpose machinery fabrication must have knowledge

Great understanding of Auto Cad drawing// Software Usage// Solidworks//

Sheet metal nesting

Production Planning, Manpower handling// Cost saving // Timely Delivery

Develop Project timeline, reports and adhere to them

Be a leader and demonstrate

Ready to visit site and complete successful installation of the machine as

per client request in time

Responding to breakdowns, Diagnosing faults in machinery and drawings

Investigating production problems and its root causes and how to avoid

them

Making improvements to current operations to enhance efficiency

Supervising engineering and technical staff

Managing budget for completing project

Managing quality and develop quality checks

Planning and organizing maintenance of factory tools and machinery

Speaking with suppliers, customers and research and development for new

ways to finish tasks

Fabricating equipment , Machining knowledge , Welding knowledge.

Find new vendors for Job Work .

Inspecting raw material for use.

Issue PR and MRIS in system .

Manage workers and develop leadership skills in them.
