In this role, you will be working closely with Production, QA, Tech, Backend and Analytics teams in monitoring and ensuring the smooth functioning of multiple games while simultaneously providing timely insights and data driven analysis on how to stay ahead.
- Core responsibilities will be:
Working in tandem with Production, QA, Tech, Backend and Analytics teams with a primary focus on post production health, KPI monitoring and resolution of live issues via timely escalation to respective teams
Responding to customer tickets with clarity and in a timely manner and thereby bettering external player experience
Actively monitoring game health using internal and third party dashboards and escalate issues to the respective game teams
In depth investigation into issues with via SQL queries ( Ideal) and working with the Backend and Analytics team in order to track its progress and eventual resolution
3-5 years of experience on a similar role
Excellent written and oral communication skills(mandatory)
Should possess excellent analytical and logical skills
Highly organized and a good task master
A self-starter and should be ready to take up tasks in a proactive manner
Good knowledge of MS office tools and SQL (preferred)
Exposure to gaming industry (preferred)
