We're a global team of 120+ tech junkies who manage one of the world's largest living libraries of video game data. Our catalogue has information on over 200,000 games across 200 platforms and we're growing every day.
In this role, you will:
- Champion the product vision:Develop a clear and compelling product vision that aligns with the company's mission and values. Drive the product roadmap and strategy, focusing on creating meaningful and impactful experiences for both gamers and businesses.
- Lead and mentor:Guide and support a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Share your expertise, provide insightful feedback, and empower your team members to achieve their full potential.
- Become an expert in the gaming landscape:Conduct thorough market research, analyze user behavior, and identify emerging trends to inform product decisions. Stay ahead of the curve on the latest innovations and technologies in the gaming industry.
- Bridge the gap between gamers and businesses:Understand the needs and aspirations of both gamers and businesses operating within the ecosystem. Facilitate win-win solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
- Own product delivery:Drive successful product launches and ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and data science.
- Measure success:Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and measure the impact of your work on user engagement, business growth, and overall user satisfaction.

You are a perfect fit if you:
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of delivering at scale in a product based company.
