What will you be doing
Utilise advanced analytical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems and drive strategic business decisions.
Develop and maintain compelling dashboards and automated reporting systems related to key performance metrics.
Proactively partner with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on reporting requirements.
Analyse existing reporting processes and establish new processes with a focus on enhancements and automation.
Work collaboratively with teams such as Product, Customer Success, and others to provide data-backed insights.
Support external analytics for key customers, enabling the Customer Success team to deliver personalised consulting.
Act as a trusted subject matter authority, providing guidance and expertise in data analytics.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Is this you
Experience: 3-5 years
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analytics.
Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL to query relational databases
Proficient in developing dashboards and automated reporting systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply analytical techniques to business problems.
The ability to work effectively cross-functionally, think proactively, and drive results
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, oral and written communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure with diligence, organisation, and minimal supervision
Flexibility in an ever-changing and growing environment
Excellent judgment, curiosity, confidence, and a sense of humour
An eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback
Nice to have: Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Sciences, Statistics)
Plus but not required: Metabase, Google Analytics and Heap
