We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services and leverage our powerful ecosystem of leading external and internal partners and our network of key delivery centers we believe in the value of industry best-practice standards achieved through evolving technology and digitalization. You'll make a difference by:

• Should be willing to workin a Factory setup supporting the HR functions with an employee strength of 2000 and above.
• Oversee all aspects of HR compliance, ensuring adherence to relevant labor laws, factory acts, and statutory regulations specific to Maharashtra.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements, statutory deductions, and employee benefits such as ESIC,PT,LWF etc.
• Should have good coordination with Blue Collar employees.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Workday.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters and employee information.
• Responsible for all Hire to Retire functions in BU like FRRO, Induction, Internships, separations, F&F settlements, benefits topic like PF, SAF, Gratuity settlement etc.

Your success is grounded in:

• MBA in HR with preferably working knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5-7years ofexperience in HR and administration roles preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment, with understanding of local industrial relations.
