Job Description
As the Identity and Access Product Manager for Content, Demonstrations & Demo Labs, you will be the driving force behind our interactive product showcase strategy. You will take ownership of developing high-impact demos and hands-on labs that highlight the unique capabilities and value of our products. Your work will involve close collaboration with product development, marketing, sales, and technical teams to create engaging, consistent, and up-to-date demo environments that resonate with our target audience.
In this role, you will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and optimization of demo assets to ensure they align with the latest product features and industry trends. You will utilize metrics and user feedback to continually refine and enhance our demo experiences, positioning them as key tools in our customer acquisition and retention strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our products are perceived and to directly contribute to our growth and success.
You will influence the way new features are developed and accordingly position it as part of go to market activities. You will have to do competitive assessment to justify the features being built.
Our ideal candidate is result-focused, versatile, and has solid quantitative background and a good business understanding. The candidate should be comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a get-it-done attitude. Ideally, this person will have worked in a diverse role such as business operations, program management, or product management.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy for high-quality product demonstrations and hands-on labs.
- Lead the development of engaging and informative demo content that effectively communicates product value and functionality.
- Create, manage, and update demo environments to ensure they reflect the latest product features and use cases.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and technical teams to align demo content with business objectives and customer needs.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of demo assets, using insights to continually improve user engagement and demo performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product demonstrations and interactive content.
- Provide feedback to development on features that would improve the product/service positioning
- Influence the product roadmap and strategy
- Competitive assessment with respect to feature positioning
- Assume overall customer adoption and utilization responsibility and critical issue management role for top tier accounts. This includes successfully onboarding and operationalizing customers onto the Oracle Identity portfolio of services as effectively and efficiently as possible, obtain referenceability and retention, ensure satisfaction and engagement, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Educate customers and partners on new features and releases. Provide thought leadership on the Cloud Security and IAM subject and market areas
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, provider recommendations based on risk and business needs.
- Document customer success stories
Qualifications and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting, sales engineering, or customer success organization
- Must have expertise in the security internals of cloud services including at least two of the largest enterprise platforms in IaaS and SaaS
- Must have 5+ years of IT Security expertise covering at least two of the following: security and risk management, content security, network security, identity and access management, security operations from design, architecture, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and utilization
- Must have the ability to create and deliver enablement content to streamline the onboarding, operationalization, and utilization / consumption processes for customers, partners, and internal field stakeholders
- General knowledge of cloud architectures as well as on-premise IT landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present to large audiences (e.g. Oracle CloudWorld)
- Excellent client facing and communication skills (written and verbal), including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management across different levels of a customer's organization, especially at the executive C-Suite level
- Computer Science / Engineering degree or experience is required.
- Available to travel up to 25%
