Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Personal Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, a deep understanding of current trends, and the ability to provide personalized styling advice to our clients. The Senior Personal Stylist will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by offering tailored wardrobe solutions and fashion recommendations.
Provide personalized styling advice and wardrobe recommendations to clients, both in-store and virtually.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients fashion needs, preferences, and lifestyle.- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, designers, and industry news to provide informed and relevant advice.
Curate and present outfit selections for clients, considering their body type, personal style, and occasion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and achieve company targets.
Organize and participate in styling events, fashion shows, and promotional activities.- Train and mentor junior stylists, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing styling area in the store.
