Uplers is Looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions).
  • Monitor performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and engagement rates and ensure continuous improvements.
  • Optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives to ensure campaigns meet KPIs

2. Excel Based Data Analysis & Reporting:


  • Analyse large datasets from multiple ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) using advanced Excel functions.
  • Create and maintain Pivot Tables, dashboards, and dynamic reports to monitor key campaign metrics.
  • Apply Power Query for data cleaning and transformation. Use IF, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS for deep analysis of campaign performance.
  • Budget Tracking & Reconciliation:
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly budget tracking to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Identify discrepancies across platforms and reconcile budgets using Excel tools like SUMIFS and conditional formatting.

4.Data Driven Decision Making & Forecasting:


  • Use WhatIf Analysis, Goal Seek, and FORECAST functions to predict campaign performance and align strategies with business goals.
  • Provide insights on the effectiveness of campaigns, recommend adjustments, and forecast future outcomes based on historical data trends.

5.Ad Platform Insights and Strategy:


  • Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, policies, and trends to leverage new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to identify high performing creatives and strategies.

6.Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication:


  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders, explaining performance trends, optimizations, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, including:
  • Pivot Tables, INDEXMATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IFERROR.
  • Power Query for data cleaning and transformation.
  • Experience with WhatIf Analysis, Goal Seek, and trend forecasting tools.
  • Strong understanding of key advertising metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS).
  • Ability to manage budgets and reconcile ad spends across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with macro/VBA scripting for task automation (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present insights and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with other platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in Power BI or Google Sheets integration for reporting.
  • Understanding of A/B testing frameworks for campaign optimization.
