Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Sr Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of paid advertising strategies, and a focus on driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Performance Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Campaign Management and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance on a daily basis, making data-driven adjustments to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports on budget utilization, performance metrics, and campaign insights.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
- Identify and define target audience segments based on customer behavior, demographics, and interests.
- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies to reach the most relevant and high-converting users.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience with paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel or transportation industry.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
- Proficiency in mobile attribution platforms like Appsflyer & Singular
- Proficiency in SKAN Network
