Senior Operation Manager - Factory
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in a jewelry manufacturing facility
Coordinate and supervise production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
Implement best practices to optimize production output while minimizing costs
Maintain effective communication with all departments within the factory
Collaborate with HR department to address staffing needs and employee relations
Coordinate with finance team to manage budgeting and financial planning
Work closely with the administration department to ensure smooth operations
Provide leadership and guidance to the production team
Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and productivity
Implement safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures
Report directly to the General Manager
Present performance reports and operational updates to the GM
Collaborate with GM to develop strategic plans and goals for the factory
