ROLE: Sr. Network Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network engineering, including designing and managing complex network infrastructure in global enterprise environments. This position requires a strong background with large scale and complex WAN and LAN topologies and a proven ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and work independently. The candidate must be capable of participating in rotational on-call duties.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure in a global environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network architecture meets business requirements.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Participate in the rotational on-call schedule to address network emergencies.
- Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintained.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in networking and cloud environments.
Candidate Profile
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) English: C1 Advanced.
- 7+ years of experience working as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments with Cisco/Meraki hardware.
- Experience with telephony (SIP Trunks, VoIP services, etc.).
- Proficiency in network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, VLANs, etc.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex network solutions.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
