Job Description:
Join our team as a Sr. MLOps Engineer and take a leading role in designing, developing, and deploying ML services in cloud and production environments. You will be instrumental in launching end-to-end Generative AI and ML services, working closely with our architects and engineers to foster a culture of democratized ML and integrated DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale ML services for cloud and production environments.
- Manage and optimize large-scale distributed systems, including Kubernetes.
- Automate lifecycle processes to empower ML and engineering teams with service ownership.
- Stay at the forefront of ML and AIOps technologies to continuously improve our solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within our team to ensure smooth integration and deployment of ML services.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ML service design and implementation using advanced technology stacks.
- Extensive experience with high-availability, high-volume, and low-latency service environments.
- Strong skills in software development on Linux and a deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle.
- Proven track record of delivering production-level services and a robust ability to adapt to new programming languages.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in performance, application, and security log management.
- Experience with Penetration Testing and securing applications.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and prior startup experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Capable of both independent and collaborative work.
- Willingness to participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
