JOB DESCRIPTION:- The person should be making updating google sheet, Excel sheet. Provide assistance to team member about these sheet for exp- putting for formula and editing data .
Person should be working software companies data across branches of marketing, Purchase etc.- Person would be working on CRM software and will make sure that data is up to date .
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency in all reports generated
- Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose & resolve any issues that may arise
Database management using Advance Excel - Macros, Advance Filter, Functions & Formulas, Pivot table, Goal Seek, Importing & exporting data & other validations.- Strong ability to analyze Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational analysis as it relates to volume, efficiencies, cycle time, quality, and service.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.- Analyzing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
Min. 5+ years of IT & MIS EXCEL experience Ability to manage multiple service requests at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for technology, data, process and problem solving
Excellent verbal and written communicator- Detail oriented and diligent
