What will you be expected to do
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, we are looking for an individual to drive demand gen for internal projects and client teams. This role is integral to our agency's success as it will involve driving high-quality inbound marketing strategies, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team to achieve exceptional results.
- Research:
- Talk to the client - Do extensive product, competitor, and customer research.
- Expect to be taken in on late-stage sales calls and be involved in the proposal-making process as well.
- Strategy: Build inbound strategy for the client to drive organic traffic and optimize conversions
- Execution: Implement the strategy to make sure that we meet clients inbound goals
- Reporting: Systematically track progress and effectively communicate that to the client.
- Closing the loop: Convert data points into insights on a regular basis, and update strategy as needed.
Who are we looking for
Someone who:
- Develop, implement, and oversee effective goal-oriented marketing strategies for our clients.
- Ensure a high client retention rate by providing exceptional service and results.
- Manages and coordinates amongst multiple stakeholders - including client growth teams
- Takes a data-driven, results-oriented approach to marketing, and pairs it with effective reporting.
- Has a good eye for vetting impactful content and design
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Shows a proven track record at setting and achieving ambitious goals. Has 5+ years of dedicated Inbound Marketing, Product Marketing, or Demand Gen experience
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication Science or equivalentpreferred
The candidate will report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with the Founders.
