We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Vaswani Group. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in B2C offline brand marketing, preferably with a background in FMCG or Real Estate. This role focuses on offline marketing strategies, including boarding, event management, seminars, company tie-ups, and campaigns to enhance our brand presence. We are looking for a candidate who is innovative, proactive, and can effectively drive brand growth across offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute brand marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement within the Real Estate sector.
- Offline Campaigns & Events: Plan, organize, and execute offline campaigns, seminars, and events to reach our target audience and build a strong brand identity.
- Outdoor Advertising: Manage and optimize boarding placements and other outdoor advertising channels to maximize brand visibility.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Initiate and manage partnerships with relevant companies to increase brand reach and create co-marketing opportunities.
- Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure brand positioning and messaging are consistent across all offline marketing channels, aligning with Vaswani Group's vision and objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and projects teams to integrate marketing efforts and enhance lead generation from offline channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving brand strategy.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the budget for offline marketing activities to ensure optimal ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
