Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all
marketing initiatives at Spintly. This leadership role is crucial in driving the companys
growth, market positioning, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be based out of
our Bangalore office and will lead a team to create, implement, and manage comprehensive
marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute innovative
marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer
acquisition, aligning with company objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, ensuring the
teams alignment with company goals and driving individual and collective success.
- Brand Management: Enhance brand positioning, ensuring consistent brand
messaging across all platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product and sales teams to develop
effective product marketing strategies and sales enablement tools.
- Digital Marketing & Online Presence: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to maximize online presence and customer engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify
opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to adapt marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree
preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior marketing position, preferably within
the technology or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives with demonstrable
results.
Prior experience managing a marketing team.
