Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources across campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (website, social media, email, etc.), print, and events

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and results
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills and experience in team management
- Creative and strategic thinking abilities
