As a Sr Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand for Happening services by developing proactive and tailored marketing strategies to attract prospective clients and contribute to Happening's growth
An ideal candidate must be dynamic, have a strong commercial mindset, be driven to meet targets/goals, and comfortably develop new relations to establish new business opportunities

Design and execute impactful outbound, nurture, and account-based campaigns that increase the sales pipeline.

Partner with Sales leads to identify and implement process improvements
Track and report on all activities, using data to continually optimize campaign performance
Identify new business opportunities
Work to penetrate into key accounts identified
Establish and maintain client relations
Churn prospects into customers
Coordinate, and follow up with prospects
Meticulously track your interactions with clients, document them, and present them to the business team.
Y ou must have
A Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
Minimum 8+ years of relevant industry experience in demand generation, email marketing, and lead generation. Work experience in consulting or studio environment is advantageous.
Data-focused by nature, you'll be analytical and will show that you've had a keen focus on metrics, measurement, and optimization.
Experience working with marketing technologies and automation tools like HubSpot, Zoominfo, and Linkedin Sales Navigator
Past experience working in service or studio or consulting environment
A proven track record delivering demand-generation programs targeting businesses that have a measurable impact on revenue growth
Ability to strategize and execute sales/marketing plans
Ability to understand client's needs and requirements and convey them to the team
