Business Acquisition and Client Servicing Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Acquisition and Client Servicing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Additionally, you will need to have a solid understanding of both US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and legal, to develop comprehensive proposals and solutions for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to US GAAP and IFRS to ensure compliance and provide strategic guidance to clients.
Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to clients, highlighting key insights and recommendations for business growth and optimization.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the consulting firm.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS principles, with the ability to apply them in a practical business context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
