Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager Tender at Eagle Hunter Solutions Limited. The Senior Manager Tender will be responsible for leading and managing the tender team, preparing and reviewing tenders, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, coordinating with different departments, and developing strategies to win tenders. The Senior Manager Tender will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tenders.

Technical Skills

Experience in managing and coordinating tender processes

Knowledge of tender evaluation and contract management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Leadership Skills

Proven experience in leading and managing a team

Ability to motivate and engage team members

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Knowledge of security solutions industry is preferred

Understanding of tender regulations and processes
