Location: Amritsar
This is an opportunity with a leading organisation in the Paper industry. They have a manufacturing
facility of 4.0 Lac TPA, covering 100+ acres. Their core expertise lies in the production of three paper product
segments: Writing Paper, Packaging Board and Newsprint paper.
Objective
Expertise in designing, conceptualizing, and creating road maps and frameworks in(Talent Acquisition & Talent
Management)
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's
business objectives and growth plans.
Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Responsible for capability evaluation and leverage digital solutions to streamline recruitment workflows
and enhance our EVP to attract and retain top talent.
Strategically position and upsell our brand to attract top talent for Amritsar location and differentiate
ourselves in the market.
Monitor recruitment metrics and TAT performance to identify areas for improvement and implement
solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data MIS and Analytics for process improvement, cost
optimization, and efficiency gains.
Design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
and drive early engagement and retention.
Lead and participate in special projects aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the
talent acquisition function.
Utilize market research and industry insights to identify emerging trends, best practices, and innovative
recruitment techniques.
Talent Management
Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership
roles.
Design and implement talent management strategies that support employee growth, engagement, and
performance across the organization.
Analyze talent metrics and workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven talent management
decisions.
Build a talent pipeline by identifying internal talent and implementing career development initiatives to
prepare employees for future leadership positions.
Identify factors influencing employee retention and implement retention strategies to foster employee
loyalty and reduce turnover.
Identify skill gaps and development needs through performance evaluations and talent assessments.
Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback
sessions, and performance reviews.
