Responsible for leading a team of Admissions Officers and the implementation of the Admissions Strategy, which is market and customer driven and delivers continuous improvements in speed, accuracy and customer centricity in mind.Responsible for ensuring the Admissions Team are effectively led and that they meet set targets, service level agreements, achieve customer service excellence and other agreed KPI's.Responsible for achieving and exceeding set KPIs in relation to service levels, customer service and error rates.Act as a key point of contact between the India admissions team and the University, ensuring alignment in admissions strategy and objectives.Responsible for the development of effective training regarding systems and processes, to ensure team members and colleagues across the Admissions, Conversions and Recruitment team have a full understanding of the admissions function and its processes in order to best support students and stakeholders.
A successful candidate should have:Minimum 6 years in domestic higher education admissions or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.Excellent knowledge of admissions processes and service level agreement frameworks.Delivery of customer service excellence.Detailed knowledge of managing a complex customer journey.Understanding of higher education systems in both India and the UK, including compliance and regulatory requirements for student admissions.Experience in managing teams across multiple locations
