Job Description Summary This role will be responsible for building inspiring and leading the Defense and Systems DT Engineering software development team supporting the systems engineering portfolio of applications and drives Impact to approaches projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working.
Impacts quality efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy requiring high levels of operational judgment.
Job Description Essential Responsibilities
Abilities:
- Runs execution strategy and influences SPBs internally and externally to DT.
- Understands the business impact and criticality of the tools developed and supported by the team.

Qualifications/Requirements
- This role requires significant experience in the Digital Technology & Software Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
