JOB DESCRIPTION (Describe key result areas / main job functions)
Responsible for complete tinting solution for Wood / Metal / Glass coating.
Managing software and providing colour Formula as per NCS/ RAL/ ICA Shade cards as well as new color required as per client request
Manage different Tinting bases for cost effective color formula including Metallic Shade
The Key KPI for the role : Development of Polyester & PU based Tinting bases , Colour development software & Formulation management in Tinting machines . Optimize cost & manage colour department
Key Skill set:
Work Experience of 5- 7 yrs in management of Tinting systems , Software management for Colour prediction , Colour formula prediction, New Tinting bases upgradation
Special requirements of the role
Previous experience of handling Tinting machine & colour development skills
