Job Description

Job Summary:

We at Ambuja Neotia are hiring for the position of Senior Manager Quality Surveillance and Documentation. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing quality inspection processes, conducting documentation audits, creating and maintaining quality manuals, and providing training to ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Surveillance and Inspection:
  • Lead and manage quality surveillance inspections to monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement inspection protocols and procedures.
  • Analyze inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management review.
  1. Documentation Audit:
  • Conduct regular audits of quality documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Maintain and update all quality-related documentation as necessary.
  1. Quality Manual Development:
  • Develop, update, and maintain the organizations Quality Manual, ensuring it reflects current practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure the manuals relevance and accuracy.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs on quality standards, procedures, and best practices for employees at various levels.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members and other departments on quality-related matters.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in quality management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred.
  • Minimum of [10 to 12] years of experience in quality management, including experience in quality inspections, documentation, and audits.
  • Proven experience in developing quality manuals and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
