About the role:
The Head of Online Digital Revenue will be responsible for leading the digital revenue targets and marketing strategy to drive top and bottom funnel revenue for our D2C brand. This role will focus on performance marketing campaigns, remarketing channels, and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in revenue generation and leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth.
Remarketing Channels: Manage and optimize remarketing efforts through SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns to maximize customer retention and engagement.
Affiliate Management: Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners to build a robust affiliate marketing program that drives both top and bottom funnel revenue.
Revenue Responsibility: Directly responsible for channel sales across new and repeat users
Team Management: Lead internal resources and agencies by providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure cohesive efforts across all revenue streams.
Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI.
Funnel Metrics: Strengthen funnel metrics like PPV (Product Page Views), ATC (Add to Cart), repeat rate, and LTV (Lifetime Value).
Conversion Optimization: Improve funnel conversion metrics by working on offers and discounts to drive sales and engagement.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving revenue goals.
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing and revenue leadership within a D2C brand (or e-commerce setting).
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in performance marketing platforms (e.g., GDN, Meta, OTT), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and remarketing channels.
Analytics Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of working with website analytics platforms like PowerBI, CleverTap, Branch, Fynd, etc.
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies.
Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving targets and driving measurable results.
