From driving strategic sales initiatives to fostering strong customer relationships within the OEM segment, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automation and energy management.
Key responsibilities and activities include:
- Develop and execute strategic sales/business strategies, establish customer call plans, develop account profiles for OEMs.
- Exceed assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with other Schneider Electric sales teams to drive specifications and sales.
- Promote Schneider Electric products, solutions, mainly with focus on Industry, automation and software and services to assigned customers.
- Promote cutting-edge Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services to our valued OEM customers, understanding their specific requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities within the OEM segment to drive continuous growth and enhance market share, pursuing these opportunities.
- Cultivate strong customer and partner relationships within the OEM ecosystem to achieve sales revenue and market penetration objectives,
- Monitior competition activities.
- Execute promotional activities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, order handling, follow up, and technical support.

- A working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motion control, motor control, general controls, and circuit protection.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, providing a strong technical foundation and serving as a role model for continuous learning and customer development.
