Roles and Responsibilities:
This role is part of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function and helps support organizations Net Sales Value (NSV) and Gross Margins ambitions.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Strategic planning for achieving Revenue and Margin goals by driving product and price mix.
- Sales analytics including market share analysis and forecasting, market/product deep-dives, target setting, scenario planning and regular performance tracking.
- Support the annual commercial business planning process- develop state brand priority grids for better decision making on spends and portfolio optimization, build algorithms for trade investments optimization.
- Develop robust frameworks for spend efficacy tracking and ROI analysis on new business proposals.
- Undertake cross functional sprints in collaboration with India and global stakeholders. Responsible for program management of critical initiatives to ensure achievement of business outcomes.
- Opportunity identification at a pack, SKU level across all states and brands.
- Preparation of high-quality senior management ready presentations.
- Analyse outcomes of new business and regulatory policies.
Success Criteria
- Robust and zero-defect analysis on critical workstreams
- Completion of projects within expected timelines
- Comprehensive 360-degree alignment on critical projects requiring buy-in from necessary stakeholders.
- Combine strong business acumen with sharp analytical skills.
Ideal profile
- Min. 7-8 years of work experience.
- MBA from Premium B School will be an advantage.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing functions would be an added advantage.
- Experience In FMCG/Alcobev preferred, but not mandatory.
