Position: Sr. Manager / Manager (Sponge Iron Division) - Production
Location: Jharsuguda, Odisha

Job Overview: Lead the Sponge Iron Division's production team, overseeing production processes, developing strategies, and ensuring high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the production process.
- Implement and monitor production plans.
- Lead and support the production team.
- Ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in the steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of sponge iron production processes.
- Proven leadership skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations.
