Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / Manager (Sponge Iron Division) - Mechanical to oversee the mechanical operations, ensuring smooth functioning, production targets, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee mechanical operations, including maintenance and repairs.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Monitor production processes for quality and safety compliance.
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
- Collaborate with other departments for project execution.
- Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.).
- 15-20 years of experience, preferably in the steel industry.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
