Position: Sr. Manager / Manager - Power Plant (Instrumentation)

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Sr. Manager / Manager - Power Plant (Instrumentation) with 15-20 years in power plant instrumentation. Responsible for overseeing instrumentation systems, managing a team, ensuring safety and compliance, and implementing new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure smooth operation of instrumentation systems.
- Manage and support a team of technicians and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
- Collaborate to implement cost-saving measures.
- Prepare reports on plant performance and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
- Team management experience.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to relocate to Jharsuguda, Odisha.
