Sr. Manager/Manager Maintenance

Job Responsibility:

Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance related work by managing a team of Technician, Supervisor and Engineers.

Ensuring all maintenance activities are done in accordance with company define system.

Coordinating the completion of complex repairs.

Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.

Ensuring ordering and availability of spare parts.

Ensuring maintenance cost within define norms.

Ensuring preventive maintenance as per schedule.

Daily maintenance work review.

Ensuring all safety norms are followed.

Maintenance team on job training scheduling and execution.

Ensuring Machine installation as per define norms.

Managing and coordinating for maintenance work performed by outside vendors.

Attending the Major breakdown HPDC, Utility, ETP Plant, Paint shop & Machin Shop etc.

To Analysis the problems and performing the functions of Troubleshooting and Breakdown maintenance for reducing the machine down time.

All possible efforts for energy conservation.

Executes preventive / breakdown maintenance of equipment & maintains record of maintenance.

Monitoring 5S in plant & Kaizen Activities.

To plan on Job training to subordinate.

Spare part planning through Indenting by Sap system

Attending daily MIS meeting

Monitoring daily basis objectives targets.
