Sr Manager/ Lead - Internal Communications

We are seeking an Internal Communication Specialist who will primarily work with stake holders on communications initiatives, projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and execute a multi-faceted strategic internal communications program and campaigns for all employees

Manage content for internal employee communications, providing engaging features that improve employee engagement

Works closely with internal teams on strategy, execution and sustenance of employee engagement initiatives and Program manage engagement activities across the organization.

Contribute towards the content for multiple External awards applications

Support Executive Leadership team in organizational announcements

Serve as an internal HR resource to the Human Resources Business Partners to drive motivation, development and retention of key talent

Collaborate with Executives as needed across functions and locations and support the application towards HR/Talent awards and recognitions from external organizations.

Additionally, plan and execute innovative ways of employee engagement that are in tune with company's culture.

Location - Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience - 7-10 years

Required Qualification - MBA or Post Graduate in Communications with experience in Internal/HR Communications
