What will you be responsible for
Role
As an integral member of the Investor Relations team, your success depends on and determines the success of our portfolio companies. The role is multi-dimensional and includes:
Investor Relations: Nurture and maintain clear, consistent communication with Family Offices, Institutional Investors (FoFs, DFIs, Sovereign Funds, etc.), and existing investors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of KPIs and performance updates.
Investor Engagement & Reporting: Lead investor reporting, including KPIs like IRR, MoIC, TVPI, RVPI, NAV, and performance updates. Organise investor conferences and curate annual and quarterly reports for LPs. Exhibit empathy and a positive attitude in addressing a high volume of queries.
Due Diligence & CRM Management: Oversee due diligence processes for prospective LPs, maintain an updated Data-Room, scan the LP environment for potential investors, and manage CRM for tracking investor pipeline and interests.
Investor Insights and Fund Management: Demonstrate a keen ability to anticipate and prepare for investor requirements, supported by an in-depth understanding of fund functions, including investments and finance.
Compliance & Technology Utilisation: Manage investor engagements, ensure compliance with KYC, NDA, SEBI, and Trustee requirements, and select and utilise technology to enhance efficiency in investor relations and reporting processes.
