We are looking for Senior Manager - Finance to join our A-team (hybrid*). As Senior - Finance Manager at Allucent, you are responsible for below task:
- Develop and oversee administration of internal metrics across Shared Services
- Utilize metrics to influence efficiencies across internal teams and business partners
- Identify and develop Shared Services priorities, driving an environment of continuous improvement
- Lead Projects/Initiatives across the Shared Services organization
- Define and agree SLAs with in scope entities, including KPIs, and manage performance
- Lead shared services teams of approximately 10 employees
- Procure to Pay (Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense Reporting, Credit Card administration, Payment Execution).
Requirements
To be successful you will possess:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of finance or accounting experience
- Hands on experience in working in ERP environment such as D365.
- Familiar with US and international bank disbursement processes and platforms.
- Experienced providing process training for direct reports and cross functional teams
- Effctive organizational and time management skills
- Proven flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to manage large volumes of data using various systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Expertise in process analysis, documentation, improvement and automation
- Six Sigma or related process excellence experience a plus
- Must have the ability to lead and influence the organization with integrity and respect
- Metrics Reporting
- AP/Vendor Query Resolution
- Expense report query resolution
- Support resolving credit card decline and credit limit issues
- Travel policy maintenance
- Near term advance funding balance tracking
- Support the Veeva payments implementation
- Drive and support completion of work instruction documentation across all SSC teams
- Distribute monthly travel reporting metrics
